Liz Brannan
Liz Brannan, an SRF standout member, was part of a 400-meter medley relay team that broke a world record at the Colonies Zone/New England Masters Championships in December, finishing in 4:28.97. She also excelled individually, winning the 50 breaststroke in her age group and contributing to multiple podium finishes.
A lifelong swimmer, Liz began competing at age three in Andover, MA. She swam for the Merrimack Valley Pirates, Andover High School’s state championship team, and Dartmouth College, where she set records, co-captained the team, and earned the prestigious Kenneth Archibald Prize for excellence in athletics and academics. Liz has been inducted into both her high school and Dartmouth Athletic Halls of Fame.
Now a Masters swimmer training at SRF, Liz has also won open water events, including the 8-mile Boston Light Swim. Outside the pool, she works as a school psychologist and enjoys tennis, paddle, skiing, and time with her family, including her husband and two sons. SRF is thrilled to celebrate Liz’s remarkable achievements!
